How We Do It: PrimuSelection Methodology

Getting the right people to the project at the right time is vital and is the key to our success. We have a well-defined process to map the requirements to the skills/pipeline database and propose candidates who exactly match the requirements.

 

Map Skills to Requirements: When a requirement is received, fulfillment Manager maps the requirement against the entire pool of resources internally available, the candidates who are being recruited and the pipeline available. This ensures that the project is staffed with the right skill profile and allocated employees are ready to start when required.

 

Propose: The identified candidates are proposed to the client. At this stage Client Manager confirms the candidates based on the qualifications and the credentials.

 

Allocate: After the client confirms a consultant, he undergoes orientation to understand the exact requirements of the job and necessary roles to be performed. Consultant gets assigned to the project.

 

Assess: Our Account Manager continuously oversight the performance of our consultant by measuring customer satisfaction. Quarterly appraisal of the employee and Customer Satisfaction Survey is done to assess the performance of the consultant. Training needs of the consultant will be identified and arranged through Computer-Based Training, In-Classroom Training or Event-driven Training. Consultant has access to the central technical laboratory managed by advanced technical group for any guidance or to research any new technology or products.
