Amit has more than 16 years of global IT experience, working with a range of small
and big (fortune 500) companies. He is a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) under the program of Project Management Institute (PMI). He has held various
delivery and solution roles for Syntel, a global IT consulting firm. He has successfully
executed small- to large-scale projects utilizing global delivery model for various
large firms in Insurance and Finance verticals. Amit (Beta Gamma Sigma) holds an
MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UNC, Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Kamalesh has over 20 years of technical and management expertise in IT industry
experience. He has held primary responsibility for Delivery and Solutions Support
in executing large global outsourcing engagements for clients in US, UK and Europe.
He has worked at large global IT consulting firms, such as TCS, iGate & Syntel.
He has managed teams of over 500 people with revenues in excess of $35 million USD.
Kamalesh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management
Institute (PMI). He has managed large projects for clients from various industries
including Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automotive & Logistics. Kamalesh holds a degree
in Engineering from IIT Mumbai.

Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive and Financials. Madhu is a Certified Project

of expertise lie in architecting, designing and implementing solutions using emerging
technologies.

Ned Shea, SVP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

|
Ned has over 19 years of experience in marketing IT Outsourcing and Consulting Solutions
to Fortune 500 clients (Financial, Insurance, Life Sciences and Manufacturing Organizations)
throughout the United States. Starting in 1990 with Butler International, he became
National Account Manager for AT&T and UPS. In 1994, Ned entered the New York marketplace
and quickly established āCā level relationships at such clients as Goldman Sachs,
Bear Sterns, CSFB, NASDAQ, NY Life and Deutche Bank. In 2001, Ned joined HPS America
as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for delivering offshore application
maintenance and development services to UBS and Prudential Life. In 2003, Ned joined
the Nucon Group in New London, CT. as the Director of Business Development, growing
the Pfizer Pharmaceutical account to over 130 consultants on billing. After relocating
to North Carolina, Ned joined Act 1 Technical as Manager of NC, SC, TN and KY supporting
MCI and IBM. He has strong management experience and has been responsible for supervising
large sales and delivery teams in customer focused consulting and consultative selling.
