needed a robust state-of-the-art Sales Automation
Process, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) application that could
streamline end-to-end operational process; it would
also leverage in furthering the Mr. Coffee brand.

Solution: Created strategic IT
Transition plan and implemented functions to
accommodate the acquisition of Mr. Coffee Filters
from Sunbeam. Developed electronic B2B system to
effectively manage information flows between Mr.
Coffee Filters and Rockline the filter manufacture.
Created real-time, net sales force automation tool
and Supply Chain tracking tool for reps, brokers and
large retailers to track all facets of Mr. Coffee
Filter operations. Assigned as full IT outsource
service provider for future Mr. Coffee and Filters
initiatives.
