Amit Singh, President & CEO

Amit has 18 years of global IT experience, working with a range of small and big (fortune 500) companies. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) under the program of Project Management Institute (PMI). He has held various delivery and solution roles for Syntel, a global IT consulting firm. He has successfully executed small to large-scale projects, utilizing a global delivery model for various large firms in insurance and finance verticals. Amit (Beta Gamma Sigma) holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UNC, Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Kamalesh Nayudu, COO, ASIA PACIFIC

Kamalesh has 26 years of technical and management expertise in the IT industry. He has held primary responsibility for delivery and solutions support in executing large global outsourcing engagements for clients in U.S., UK and Europe. He has worked at large global IT consulting firms, such as TCS, iGate and Syntel. He has managed teams of over 500 people with revenues in excess of $35 million USD. Kamalesh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI). He has managed large projects for clients from various industries including banking, insurance, retail, automotive and logistics. Kamalesh holds a degree in Engineering from IIT Mumbai.

Madhu Modugu, COO

Madhu has 18 years of IT experience in a variety of verticals, such as insurance, manufacturing, automotive and financials. Madhu is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI). He has worked as a consultant, technology specialist and manager at fortune global organizations. He implemented solutions to achieve operational efficiencies and save millions of dollars using cutting-edge technologies. He also taught an advanced technology course at North Carolina State University CTU. His key areas of expertise are in architecture, design, managing and implementing business solutions at medium to large size organizations using emerging technologies.
