We offer both manual and automated testing services.  We have automated regression and performance testing using open-source Selenium, as well as proprietary tools like Quality Center or Appium. Automated testing is also very useful for validations across browsers and versions, as well as multiple phone models.  Our teams use code coverage analysis tools to check that our test cases are comprehensive and utilize all parts of the codebase.

Types of testing we offer under this service include Integration testing, Regression testing, Smoke Testing, Security Testing, Mobile Testing across phone models, and API testing for external interfaces.

METHODOLOGY

Our Verification and Validation testing approach lets our QA teams build and execute structured test cases that utilize the entire code base. Apart from positive scenarios, we test boundary conditions, break-test the application, assess user friendliness, and check for security issues (SQL injection, vulnerability, etc.), as well as mobile platform and browser compatibility testing.

Defect metrics and traceability matrix allow us to identify root causes and weaknesses in the software development stages, as well as ensure all functional aspects are validated.

ECOSYSTEM

We use Selenium, Appium, and Quality Center for test automation, while a combination of X-Ray and Jira has worked well for us for Case Management and defect analysis, as well as a cross reference to user stories.
